Potato Soup by
bit o' cream
Chop up leeks, onion, mushrooms and garlic and fry 'em up!
After however many minutes that takes, pour in a small glass of white wine and enjoy the fumes :) When the fumes are no longer fun, or slightly before, add the coarsely chopped up potatoes .
Cover with boiling water, and let simmer for... I kinda forget.. about 25 mins. depending on size of potatoes. When done, blend it up, maybe add some cream, pepper, salt... done deal. But dill on top makes it POP ^_^
