Fennel Soup by

Ingredients
The largest fennel you can find in the forest
a small onion
coconut milk (or just water)
olive oil to drizzle on top (makes a BIG difference)
Black olives
Instructions
Coarsely chop fennel and onion 
Fry in a pot for about 5 minutes... You know how it should be :)   Turn heat down a bit and add the can of coconut milk (or just hot water) and simmmer (to low heat) for 10-15 minutes.  I sometimes add a big of vegetable bouillon.    
Blend to the desired consistency, drop in *de-seeded* olives (makes it a lot easier to eat) and drizzle a bit of olive oil on top.    Bon Apetit :)
