Artichoke Spinach Dip! by
My Absolutely, Most indulgent, Rich, Cheesy, Amazing Recipe :)
A red bell pepper
A can, or preferably two, of canned artichoke hearts
a bag (sorry about lack of measurements!) of mozarella
a bag of cheddar
a bag of parmesan
a thing of plain philadelphia cream cheese
a bag of frozen, chopped spinach
A bag of nacho chips. Or toast. Toast works too.
Set oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
Thaw out spinach
Drain and coarsely chop artichoke hearts
Nicely chop up the bell pepper and sautée a few minutes. Turn heat down a bit and add the thingee of philadelphia cream cheese. We just want it mixed and able to pour out easily.
Combine all the other cheeses, the spinach, artichoke hearts, and the pepper philadelphia mix. (I sometimes make it even more disgusting/yummy and add some mayonnaise to make the consistency a bit nicer).
Bake for about twenty minutes.. 'til nice and starting to brown on top. Enjoy :)
