500 g minced beef
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup cold water

Mix all the ingredients well. Make meatballs, press them out a bit with a fork and fry in pan.

Serve with caramelized onions.
