Tiramisu by

20 minutes serves 4


2oz(55g) dark chaocolate
1 cup(225g) mascarphone
1 cup(225g) fromage frais or sour cream
1/4 cup(55g) superfine sugar
1/4 cup(300ml) strong coffee
20 sponge fingers or lady fingers

Grater or food processor-mixing bowl-whisk-shallow-dish-4 individual glasses or 1 glass serving-bowl-spoon-teaspoon


1-Grate the chocolate with a grater or in a food processor.Whisk the marscapone,fromage frais,and the sugar together.

2-Pour the coffee into a dis.Break the spong fingers in half,dip them in the coffee,and put a layer in each glass.

3-Cover the sponge fingers with a layer of cream cheese and sprinkle with a little of the grated chocolate

4-Repeat the layers,finishing with cream cheese.Sprinkle this with chocolate and cill in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
