1-Lay the slice of bread down flat and cut a hole in the middle of it with cookie cutter.Break the egg into a small bowl.

2-Heat the butter and oil in a frying pan.When they are hot,put the bread in the frying pan and fry it on one side.

3-Turn rhe slice of bread over with a spatula,then pour the egg out of the bowl into the hole in the middle of the bread.

4-Fry the bread and egg until the egg white is set but the yolk is still runny,then lift it out of the pan onto a plate
