Fruit Smoothies by

10 minutes serves 2


1 pint(175g) strawberries
1 banana
1 lemon
1 tablespoon superfine sugar
1/2 cup(115g) Plain yogurt
2/3 cup(150ml) milk

Cutting board-sharp knife-Blender or food processor-2 glasses


1-Hull,wash,and dry the strawberries.Peel and slice the banana and put it in the blender with a squeeze of lemon.

2-Add the strawberries,sugar,yogurt,and milk.Put the lid on the blender and blend for 1 minute until smooth and frothy.
