Ingredients
907.1g/2lb-baby red new potatoes, cut into 3/4 inch (2cm) chuncks
1 Knorr Chicken Brouillon cube, crumbled
1 Knorr Chicken or Vegetarian Bouillon Cube
250mL/1cup Hellmann's Real Mayonaisse

Instructions
Cover potatoes and Knorr Chicken Brouillon Cube and Knorr Chicken or Vegetarian Vegetable Bouillon Cube with water in large saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and cook uncovered 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain. DO NOT RINSE. Let cool slightly. Combine cooled potatoes with Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise in a large bowl. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Garnish,if desired with parsley and black pepper.
