Guacamole by

5-10 minutes


2 large,ripe avacados
1 lime
a few drops chili sauce
salt and pepper

Sarp knife-Spoon-mixing bowl-lemon squeezer-fork-cutting board


1-Cut each avacado in half around its pit,then scoop out the pit with a spoonand peel away the skin.

2-Cut up the avacado flesh and put it into a bowl.Then mash it with a fork to make a smooth,thick paste.

3-Squeeze the lime.Add the lime juice,chili sauce,salt,pepper to the avacado.Mix everything together until smooth.
