2 scoops strawberrry or vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup(75ml) strawberry or lime syrup
1 bottle soda water,ginger ale,or other soda

Glass-Ice-cream scoop or large spoon

2 scoops strawberrry or vanilla ice cream 1/4 cup (75ml) strawberry or lime syrup 1 bottle soda water,ginger ale,or other soda

1-Put the scoops of strawberry or vanilla ice cream into a tall glass,then pour strawberry or lime syrup over the top.

**HINT:Strawberry soda made with strawberry ice cream,strawberry syrup,and soda water. Lime soda made with vanilla ice cream,lime syrup,and lemon-lime soda.**

2-Slowly pour enough soda water,ginger ale,or other soda on top of the ice cream and syrup to fill the glass.
