Start making icing 5 minutes before cake is done. I've always called this a "sheath cake" because that's how it was written in my family cookbook. :) It's really a sheet cake.

Sift Together:
2c sugar
2c flour
1/4 t salt
2T Saco Pantry powdered buttermilk powder (Found on bakery isle @ store.)

Pour in saucepan:
1/2c Crisco
1 stick butter
4T cocoa
1 1/2 c water

Bring to a boil & pour over sugar & flour mixture. Stir well & add to:
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1t soda
1t cinnamon
1t vanilla

Mix well & pour into greased pan.
