Sprinkle on top of: -Salads -Burgers -Sandwiches -Fresh Vegetables For something different...try substituting for breadcrumbs on: chicken, meatloaf, fish, &/or pork.

Ingredients

2 cups (4 oz.) FRENCH'S Original or Cheddar French Fried Onions
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten

Instructions

-Crush French Fried Onion in plastic bag.
-Dip chicken in egg. Coat in onion crumbs. Press firmly to adhere.
-Bake at 400degrees Fahrenheit for 20mins. until no longer pink in center.
