1/4 cup cooking Sake
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons of sugar
teaspoons of sugar
1. Mix the soy sauce and sake over low heat - bring to simmer and do not allow to boil.
Add sugar and stir to dissolve.
When the sugar is dissolved, keep simmering for 5 minutes to evaporate off the alcohol in the cooking sake.
Pour over your meal - best served hot!
Increase sake/sauce/sugar to volume required.
