Split Pea Soup by

Ingredients

1 lb. dried green split peas
2 cups diced onions
1-1/2 c. diced carrots
1 c. diced celery
2 t. minced garlic (or garlic powder)
1/2 t. pepper
3 t. chicken buillion powder
1 c. diced ham

Instructions

Put all ingredients and 8 cups water in crock pot.
Cover and cook on LOW for 10-12 hours. Add more water if the soup is too thick.

VERY GOOD!
