Pork Chops and Rice by

Ingredients

3 or 4 Pork Chops
1 Stick butter
1 cup Beef Broth
Sliced onion
Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

Put butter in baking dish
Brown the rice in butter
Place chops on top of rice
Add 1 cup of beef broth
Place sliced onion on top
Salt & Pepper to taste


Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees
Remove foil, add more broth, about 1/4 cup, (and put under broiler to brown.)If you want to brown the chops.

Serve with green beans or a salad
