Cold Oats with Chia by
Make this cold cereal the night before so that you may have a ready-made breakfast the next morning
Top it with any fruits in season for a sweet taste!
1 Cup Gluten Free Oats (rec. Bob's Red Mill)
1 Cup Almond Milk (Vanilla or Original)
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon

Almond Milk (Vanilla or Original)
1. Wash the oats in a straining bowl, such as you would use to clean rice. You may also use pasta strainers if necessary.
2. Put the washed oats into a container with a lid. Pour in the almond milk. Top with the chia seeds and cinnamon. Stir the mix until seeds and cinnamon are evenly distributed throughout.
3. Let the cold cereal sit in the fridge for 12 hours so that the oats and seeds may absorb the almond milk.
