Flourless Banana Raisin Oatmeal Cookies by

Very good with coffee or tea. Try adding nuts or different dried fruits to this healthy, tasty dessert! 
Ingredients
1 Cup Gluten Free Oats (rec. Bob's Red Mill)
3 Bananas
1/4 Cup Apple Sauce
1/4 Cup Raisins
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Cup

Instructions
1. Preheat over to 350 degrees. Cover the cookie sheet with parchment paper. 
2. Mix the oats, raisins and cinnamon in a bowl. Add apple sauce and vanilla. 
2. With a fork or potato masher, mash the bananas. Add to the mix and stir until the mix is balanced with ingredients. 
3. Form tablespoon-size cookies and lay across the cookie sheet.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
