Beef with Goat Cheese by

This dish is delicious served over gluten free rigatoni pasta or rice!


8 Oz Ground Beef
1/2 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup (Gluten Free)
2 Pinches Ground Basil
1/4 Tbsp Onion Powder
1/4 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Clove Garlic Chopped
2 Tsp Gluten Free Soy Sauce
2 Tsp A1 Sauce
A Pinch of Parsley
2 Whole Carrots Chopped
2 Tbsp Goat Cheese
1/8 Cup Wine
Salt and Pepper for taste


1. Simmer the ground beef. Once it begins to brown, add the cream of mushroom soup. Add the onion powder, basil, ginger, garlic powder, parsley, and salt and pepper. Mix up the meat in the sauce.
2. Add the wine, A1 sauce, soy sauce, and chopped carrots to the mix and stir. Place a lid over the pan and allow to simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Once served on individual plates, top the meaty dish with bits of goat cheese.
