Meatballs by Powell family recipe book

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1/4 C dry bread crumbs 1 small onion, grated 1 egg

Instructions

In bowl, beat egg; mix in onion, crumbs, Worcestershire, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix in beef. Shape by heaping tablespoonsful into 1 1/2 inch balls.
Place 1 inch apart on foil-lined rimmed baking sheet; bake in 450 degrees oven for 20 minutes or until no longer pink inside. Let cool on sheet on rack. Refrigerate until chilled. Transfer to freezer bags; freeze in single layer until solid, up to one month.
