Sausage Gravy by Jamieledison


1/4 pound of Pork Sausage roll 2 Tablespoons butter 3 Tablespoons flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 & 1/2 cups milk warm biscuits


In a small skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink, drain fat. Add butter and heat until melted. Add flour, salt and pepper; cook and stir until blended. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly. Bring to boil; cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve with biscuits.

Yields: 2 servings
