Cheesy-Garlic Macaroni soup by Joseph Anthony Gahol

add parmesan cheese for a little bit more flavor and creaminess

Ingredients

onion garlic 2 beef broth cubes butter cheese evaporated milk elbow pasta (macaroni) salt

Instructions

sautee onion & garlic in butter until light brown in color.
immediately add 2-3 cups of water
bring to a boil then add the beef broth cubes
add 1/2 cup of evaporated skimmed milk
grate 3 cups of cheese and add to soup
add salt to taste
add the macaroni and let it boil until it's cooked and ready
