Chicken Caesar Salad by JMAK


2 boned and skinned chicken breasts, cooked 1 romaine lettuce 2 ounces parmesan cheese, grated 2 cups garlic croutons, preferably homemade Caesar salad dressing: 4 tablespoons olive oil 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon mayonnaise salt and pepper, to taste


Put lettuce in large serving bowl and sprinkle over half the Parmesan cheese and all the croutons. Cut cooked chicken breasts into strips and add to the salad. Add the dressing (recipe below) and toss. Sprinkle with remaining half of Parmensan cheese.

Caesar Salad Dressing:
Put all the ingredients except mayonnaise in a screw-topped jar and shake well to mix, then add mayonnaise and shake again.
