Cabbage Casserole by Wanda Dickson

Ingredients

1 small-medium cabbage 1 medium chopped onion Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup mayo 1 can of cream of chicken soup 1/2 stick butter(Melted) 1 stack of Ritz crackers(crushed) 1 stick of butter(melted) 1-2 cups cheese(grated)

Instructions

1. Cut up cabbage- layer in greased casserole dish
2. Chop onion- layer on top of cabbage
3. Salt and pepper to taste

In bowl mix together and pour on top of cabbage and onions
1 cup of mayo
1 can of undiluted soup
1/2 stick melted butter

In bowl mix together and spoon on top of soup mixture
1-1 1/2 stacks of crushed Ritz crackers
1-1 1/2 cups of sharp grated cheese
1 stick of melted butter

Bake in preheated 350 oven for 45 minutes or till brown and bubbly.
