Millionaire Pie by Wanda Dickson

Ingredients

1 can Eagle Brand milk 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 can flaked coconut 3/4 cup chopped pecans 1 small can crushed pineapple,drained 9oz. Cool Whip

Instructions

Mix milk and lemon juice well.
Add coconut, pecans and crushed pineapple.
Stir in Cool Whip.
Pour into 2 baked and cooled pie crusts.
Chill about 2 hours.
*You may use graham cracker crust or shortbread cookie crust
