Vegetable Casserole by Wanda Dickson

Ingredients

1 large pkg. frozen vegetables 1 cup chopped onion 1 can water chestnuts(drained) 1 can of chicken or mushroom soup 1 cup mayonnaise 1 stack crackers(Ritz or Townhouse) 1/2 stick butter

Instructions

Cook vegetables and onions until tender. Drain.
Mix water chestnuts,soup, and mayo
Spoon into a greased casserole dish.
Put crushed crackers on top.
Pour 1/2 stick melted butter on top of crackers.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
