Squash Casserole by Wanda Dickson

Ingredients

5-6 medium squash 1 medium chopped onion 1 egg(beaten) 3 T butter 1 sleeve of saltine crackers(crushed) 2 cups grated cheddar cheese 1/3-1/2 cup condensed milk

Instructions

Cook squash and onions for 30 minutes or until tender.
Drain squash mixture.
Add egg, butter, cracker crumbs. cheese and milk.
Spoon into a greased casserole dish.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
