Mint Cream Dessert by viper

Ingredients

Crust: 2 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 cup margarine, melted 1/3 powder sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1 cup York mint patties, sliced Filling: 1 (6 oz.) Greek yogurt 1/4 cup honey 3/4 tsp. vanilla extract 1/8 tsp peppermint extract 1/2 cup mint flavored baking chips Topping: 1 (8 oz.) cool whip 1/2 tsp green crème de menthe 1/2 tsp. crème de cocoa 5 drops green food coloring

Instructions

Crust: Beat flour, margarine, sugar, salt together.

Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Place mint patties on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Cool completely.

Filling: Beat Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, peppermint extract and mint chips.

Spread over the Crust.

Topping: Mix cool whip, crème de menthe, crème de cacao and green food coloring.

Spread over the Filling layer.

Put 1/4 cup of ground Oreo cookies over topping.

Decorate.
