Ingredients

Crust: 2 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 cup margarine, melted 1/3 cup powder sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 cup macadamia nuts, ground Filling: 1 (6 oz.) Greek yogurt 1 Tbsp. honey 1/4 cup skim milk 2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 (4 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted Topping: 1 (8 oz.) cool whip

Instructions

Crust: Beat flour, margarine, sugar, salt & nuts together.

Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Cool completely.

Filling: Beat Greek yogurt, honey, milk & vanilla extract, mix well. Add pineapple to the mix.

Spread over Crust.

Sprinkle melted margarine over the pineapple layer. Let it sit for 20 minutes.

Topping: Spread cool whip over the pineapple layer.

Decorate.
