Taco Casserole by viper

Ingredients

Meat Mixture: 1 (1 lb.) ground beef 1/2 med onion, sliced 1/2 med pepper, sliced 1 (8 oz) mushrooms, sliced 12 Dilly beans, cut diagonally 1 cup water 1/2 cup taco sauce 1 (4 oz.) green chiles 1 (4 oz.) black olives, sliced 1 (1 oz.) taco seasoning mix 1 med tomato, sliced Tacos: 1 pkg. 6 hard taco shells, broken 1 pkg. 6 soft taco shells, broken Cheese: 1 (8 oz.) cheddar & mozzarella cheese, sliced

Instructions

Brown ground beef, onion, pepper, mushrooms and dilly beans; drain.
Put back in frying pan.

Stir in water, taco sauce, taco seasoning mix, green chiles, black olives and tomato. Heat for 5 minutes on a warm setting.
