Ingredients

Crust: 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 cup margarine, melted 1/3 cup powder sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 cup York mint patties, pieces Filling: 1 (6 oz.) Greek yogurt, vanilla 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 Tbsp. peppermint Schnapps 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips Topping: 1 (8 oz.) cool whip 3 drops green food coloring

Instructions

Crust: Beat flour, margarine, sugar and salt together.

Pour batter into a 13 x 9 2 inch baking pan. Place pieces of mints over the batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Cool completely.

Filling: Beat Greek yogurt, vanilla, peppermint schnapps and chocolate chips.

Spread over the Crust.

Topping: Mix cool whip and red food coloring.

Spread over the Filling layer.

Decorate.
