Crust:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup powder sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup Oreo cookies, ground
Filling:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. honey
Topping:
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions
Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar, salt and cookies together.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cool completely.
Filling: Beat cream cheese, vanilla extract and honey until creamy.
Spread over crust.
Topping: Spread cool whip over filling.
Place graham cracker crumbs, strawberries over the cool whip layer.
Spread chocolate syrup over the crumbs and strawberry layer.
