Ingredients

Crust: 2 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 cup margarine, melted 1/3 cup powder sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Filling: 1/4 cup margarine, melted 1 (6 oz.) Greek yogurt 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened 2 (8 oz.) dole pineapple crushed, drained Topping: 1 (8 oz.) cool whip 1/2 cup oats

Instructions

Crust: Beat flour, margarine, sugar, salt and vanilla extract together.

Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Cool completely.

Filling: Beat Greek yogurt, margarine and cream cheese and mix well.

Spread over the Crust.

Spread pineapple over Filling layer.

Topping: Spread cool whip over the pineapple layer.

Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the cool whip.

Decorate.
