Strawberry/Banana Dessert by viper

Ingredients

Crust: 2 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 cup margarine, melted 1/3 cup powder sugar 1/4 tsp. salt Fruit: 1 (17 oz.) strawberry jam 2 whole bananas, sliced Filling: 1 (6 oz.) Greek yogurt 1/4 cup honey 3 tsp. chocolate syrup 2 Tbsp. skim milk Topping: 1 (8 oz.) cool whip Decorate: 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced 1/2 cup bananas, sliced

Instructions

Crust: Beat flour, margarine, sugar and salt together.

Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Cool completely.

Fruit: Spread strawberry jam over Crust. Place banana slices on jam layer.

Filling: Beat Greek yogurt, honey, chocolate syrup and milk until mixed well. Spread over the fruit layer.

Topping: Spread cool whip over the Filling layer.

Decorate: Spread strawberries & bananas over the cool whip layer.
