Ingredients

Crust: 2 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 cup margarine, melted 1/3 cup powder sugar 1/4 tsp. salt Cookie Dough: 1/2 cup margarine, melted 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed 1 tsp. salt 1/3 cup skim milk 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 cup oats 1/8 tsp. apple pie spice 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1 (21 oz.) apple pie filling Topping: 1 (8 oz.) cool whip 2 Tbsp. honey

Instructions

Crust: Beat flour, margarine, sugar & salt together.

Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Cool completely.

Cookie Dough: Mix margarine, brown sugar and salt until smooth. Beat in milk, vanilla extract, flour, oats, apple pie spice and cinnamon.

Spread over crust.

Spread apple pie filling over the cookie dough.

Topping: Beat cool whip & honey.

Spread over apple pie filling.

Drizzle caramel syrup over the cool whip layer.

Decorate.
