Ingredients

Brownie: 3/4 cup margarine, melted 1/2 cup sugar 4 eggs 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1/2 cup chocolate syrup 1 cup all-purpose flour Frosting: 1/2 margarine, melted 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1 (5 oz.) fat-free evaporated milk 2 tsp. vanilla extract 2 Tbsp. honey 1 (8 oz.) cool whip

Instructions

Brownie: Beat margarine, sugar, eggs (1 at a time), Hershey's cocoa, chocolate syrup & flour together.

Pour batter into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 27 minutes.

Cool completely.

Frosting: Beat margarine, cocoa, evaporated milk, vanilla extract & honey until smooth. Fold in cool whip.

Spread over brownies.

Decorate.
