Ingredients
Crust:
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup margarine, melted
1/3 cup powder sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Fruit:
1 (17 oz.) strawberry jam
Filling:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (3.5 oz.) strawberry Jell-O
2 Tbsp. skim milk
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup strawberries, chopped
Topping:
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
4 drops red food coloring
Instructions
Crust: Beat flour, margarine, sugar & salt together.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cool completely.
Fruit: Spread strawberry jam over the Crust.
Filling: Beat cream cheese, Jell-O, milk and chocolate chips together.
Spread over the jam layer.
Spread strawberries over the Filling layer.
Topping: Mix cool whip and food coloring.
Spread over strawberries.
Decorate.
