Surimi and yoghurt salad (recipe from Lidl) by varchar

Ingredients

- surimi (crab flavour): 250 g - cucumber: 200 g (1 big / Slicing specie or 2-3 medium / Pickling specie) - natural yoghurt: 50 g - mayonnaise: 100 g - lemon juice: 10 ml - sugar: 0.5 tsp - dill weed: 1 tbsp - salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Cut surimi into slices (0.5 cm).
2. Peel and cut cucumber into cubes.
3. Prepare sauce: mix all the rest of ingredients.
4. Mix sauce with surimi and cucumber.

Serve with baguette or wheat bread rolls.
