Racuchy (Polish cakes with apple on pan) by varchar

Tastes best in two versions:
1. Fresh
2. Sprinkled with normal sugar and left for 1 day. The sugar transforms then into a glaze thus making racuchy taste like pączki without filling.

Ingredients

For 2 servings: - flour: 250 g - fresh yeast: 20 g - milk: 125 ml - hot water: 125 ml - sugar: 4 tsp (heaped) - apple (optional): 1 medium - oil for frying - powdered sugar or sugar

Instructions

1. Grind sugar with yeast.
2. Peel apple and cut it into slices.
2. Mix all ingredients
3. Cover it with cloth and let it grow for 15 minutes.
4. Fry it in oil.
5. Sprinkle with sugar.
