Better Than Takeout Fried Rice by Patty Mueller

Ingredients

4 cups rice, prepared 1/2 pd of chicken (I use a roasted deli chicken) 1 cup peas & carrots, frozen 1/2 white onion, chopped 2 cloves of garlic, minced 2 eggs 3 tbsp sesame oil 1/4 cup soy sauce

Instructions

Heat sesame oil in lg. skillet at med. heat
Add onion,garlic, peas & carrots
Stir fry until tender
Crack eggs into pan, scramble, mixing with veggies
Add Rice , chicken, soy sauce. Stir to mix & remove from heat.
