Ingredients

2 lg. cans of chicken 1 can pinto beans 1 can rotel 2 cups water 1 tsp. cumin 8 - 12 oz. velveeta 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 cup regular rice 1/3-1/2 cup picante sauce 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 can green chilies

Instructions

Cook onion and chicken together in electric skillet until onion looks clear. Add all other ingredients except velveeta. Cook 20-25 minutes until rice is done. Add velveeta & melt.
