1 pkg. caramels 2 Tbls. butter 2 tsps. water 3 cups pecans Chocolate coating: 8 Hershey bars 1/3 bar paraffin


Melt caramels, butter & water in double broiler pan. Mix in pecans and drop by spoonfuls on either butter coated wax paper or a pan. Let them cool. While pecan clusters are cooling, melt chocolate and paraffin in double broiler. Dip clusters in chocolate and return to butter coated paper or pan and let cool.
