Cheeseballs Pida Style by phidasohtun

Ingredients

Processed cheese,grated 100gms Corn kernels 1/4 cup Vegetable oil flour - all purpose 1/4 cooked Rice 1/2 cup milk 100ml ground black pepper pinch of salt

Instructions

Boil the corn and then drain and put aside.
In a pan add approx 2 teaspoons of oil. Add AP flour and stir for 1 minute. Then add milk whilst stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Add mashed rice and pepper and salt. Mix in the corn. Leave until cool. Then make small ping pong sized balls. Before frying roll the balls on flour and then deep fry until golden brown. Serve with a garnish of your choice.
