Creamy mustard potatoes by moopoo

Ingredients

Potatoes Cream salt Pepper dijon mustard wholegrain mustard

Instructions

Cube potatoes and put in a large baking dish. In a bowl mix cream, salt, pepper, dijon and wholegrain mustard. Mix through the cubed potatoes.

Cover dish with tinfoil. Bake at 200C until soft, then remove tinfoil for a few minutes to thicken sauce.
