Rissoles by
Ingredients
500g beef mince
2 Tbsp tomato sauce
1 egg, beaten
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp mixed herbs
1C breadcrumbs
worchester sauce
olive oil
2 Tbsp flour
2C beefstock
2 Tbsp Parsley
Instructions
Mix mince, egg, sauces, onion, mixed herbs, breadcrumbs together and form into rissoles. Heat oil in pan and brown on high he at before turning down to medium and cooking until almost burnt.
Make a gravy using flour, stock and parsley in the same pan after the rissoles have been removed.
