Ingredients

3 c (330 g) TC-Bread Mix 3 tsp Baking Powder 3 tbs Sugar 12 oz Light Beer at room temperature and flat

Instructions

1. Mix the TC-Based Mix with the baking powder and the sugar.
2. Mix in the beer thoroughly with as little as possible. It will be very sticky.
3. Pour the batter/dough into a greased bread pan and bake at 375 for 30 - 35 minutes or until baked.
(When tapped the bread should sound hollow if properly baked.)
