Ingredients

12 Eggs 2 Teaspoons of Curry Powder 1/3 Cup of Mayonnaise Handful of Fresh Herbs (I used chives & flat leaf parsley) Pinch of good Salt Couple of grinds of Pepper Sprinkle of Smoked Paprika (optional)

Scoop out the yolks into a bowl. Crush yolks with a fork and mix in all the ingredients apart from the smoked paprika and a few herbs.

Spoon mixture back into the whites and sprinkle with the remaining herbs and some smoked paprika.
