Honey Lime Shrimp by mcushman

Ingredients

1/2 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined 1/4 c. olive oil 2 TBSP honey Juice of one small lime Zest of one small lime 2 cloves garlic, smashed 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

In a large Ziploc bag, combine all ingredients. Then add shrimp. Close up and place in fridge. Let shrimp marinate for 30-60 minutes. When ready to cook, take shrimp out of fridge and let sit for 10 minutes. Heat a skillet. Add shrimp to pan in a single layer. Cook on each side for one minute. Cook until shrimp are opaque. Remove from pan and serve!
