Jalapeno Popper Dip by Lori Bogan-Potts

Ingredients

For dip: 6 - 8 diced, crispy bacon 2 (8 ounces package) softened cream cheese 1 cup mayonnaise 4 - 6 deseeded and chopped jalapenos 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup diced green onions For topping: 1 cup of crushed Ritz crackers 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated 4 tablespoons butter

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 °.

Stir all of the ingredients for the dip into a medium bowl. Transfer to an baking dish.

Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over the top of the dip.

Bake the dip for 20 - 30 minutes or until bubbly.
