Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip by latsyrk27

Ingredients

1 10 oz frozen chopped spinach Thaw and squeeze dry 2 8 oz cream cheese softened 1 cup helmans mayonnaise 1 ½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese 1 package Knorr vegetable mix (by boxed onion soup) 1 can 14 oz of artichoke hearts – drained and chopped 1 can (8 0z) of water chestnuts – optional 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped 16 oz of sour cream

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350, combine ingredients, put in a 2 quart casserole dish, sprinkle with ½ cup of cheddar cheese, bake for 45 minutes
Use crackers, chips, or bread
