Parmesan Crisps by klcallic

Ingredients

1.5 oz wedge of parmesan cheese 2 tsp garlic powder blend (optionally with dried parsley)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or nonstick silicone baking mat.

Grate the parmesan cheese, ending up with 1/2 to 2/3 c.

Mix grated cheese with garlic powder thoroughly.

Scoop <1 tbs onto the baking sheet and flatten into a 2" circle. Repeat to ~12 crisps, about 1" apart.

Bake until golden (7-8 min). Allow to cool and serve while crispy.
